Profile of Sistar - Korean Girlband 2011. Sistar is a girlband from Seoul, South Korea consisting of four members, namely Hyorin, Bora, Soyu and Dasom. Girlband are working under the label Starship Entertainment. Sistar fans usually familiarly called by the name STAR1's.

Initial formation of this band is when the JYP Entertainment audition to form a new band. The leader. Hyorin has mengaikuti audition twice until finally he was accepted as one of the talented musicians. Initially he planned to make his debut in a trio group with Min Missa and Jieun Secret. But the plan failed because he was expelled from the label.
Once removed from the label JYP Entertainment, he was trying to audition in Starship Entertainment. Apparently, luck sided with him because he was finally accepted by the label. Eventually he joined with other members and formed Sistar.
After it was featured in the magazine Ceci at March 19, 2010, Sistar finally debut their first EP titled Push Push. Single is officially released on June 1, 2010. Apparently welcome from the fans can be quite enthusiastic. They even had time to collaborate with Super Junior. Sistar finally succeeded in their debut show at the Music band on June 4, 2010.
Success with the first single, they also launched the next maneuver with the second EP release titled Shady Girl. The single was officially released on August 25, 2010. their movements could be said to be very fast for the size of new entrants musicians. Furthermore, Sistar also released a third EP How Dare You on December 17, 2010 after it was awarded the Golden Disk Awards Newcomer Award category on December 9, 2010.
In 2011, they returned with a stance that is not less accurate. On August 9, 2011, they finally released their album titled SO COOL. This further adds to the charisma Sistar as one decent girlband for direction.
